At Kellogg Conference Hotel Capitol Hill, fancy awards and professional reviews are nice, but it's really all about what our guests think. We pay close attention to their feedback and use it to make our hotel even better. So, as you're getting ready for your next trip to Washington, DC, why not check out what your fellow travelers have to say about us?
My friend and I decided to spend a couple of days sightseeing in Washington DC. We booked this hotel as it was cheap and within easy reach via the metro to the city centre. The whole campus was green and very beautiful. The twin rooms had two double beds and were very clean and tidy. The front desk was always polite and helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay delightful. A 5 minute walk through the campus to Union Market filled with amazing food outlets was a real bonus. 15 minute walk to Noma Gallaudet University stop on the red metro line, one stop from Union Station made our trip to the city simple. Cannot find anything to criticise it was perfect and cheaper than many hotels that we could find in the area. The history of this amazing University for the Deaf was shown on the walls using old photographs and the older buildings on campus are very beautiful. The Conference Hotel is purpose built and is light and airy with beautiful views over the sports fields . Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere close to the city but with an interesting history but with modern facilities.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was professional and polite. Rooms were clean and almost felt "new". The beds and pillows were insanely comfortable. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

My experience was excellent A+ since I entered. The front desk service was perfect, the lobby area and bathrooms was clean and good smell. You can appreciate the surroundings and the architecture of the buildings and the state of conservation. My super spacious King bed room with a kitchenette and everything clean. Good breakfast. Good location near the places of interest to visit. If you like a quiet place to rest, this is the perfect place. It will be my favorite in the state.

I am a PhD student at Gallaudet and came to stay for the weekend at the Kellogg Hotel on the Gallaudet campus for a monthly dissertation retreat. The front desk staff, especially the manager, has been very responsive to my every need. They even offer complimentary fresh fruit! There are three more dissertation retreats, as they are a monthly event, and I plan to return for those, as well!

During our (members of a national coalition that seeks to increase access to postsecondary education) recent visit to DC, we chose to stay at the Kellogg Conference Hotel. The hotel offers spacious, clean, supercomfortable rooms. The personnel (from the receptionists to the cooks) is so amazing that they go beyond duty, the extra mile to address any concerns. Morning buffet breakfast? Delicious and affordable. We felt at home. We had access to computers, internet, printing, and a conference table. And it was such a pleasure to meet the attentive Director of Operations Atif Mahmood--Thanks! !Gracias! Danke Schön! Five stars!

Dear Paula and team,
The Kellogg Hotel on the Gallaudet University campus is our favorite place to stay whenever we visit Washington, DC. Paula, the general manager, front desk staff members (Qais and Mariam), and Tammy were fantastic and made us feel at home—like we were part of a cherished family. Vivian, the housekeeper, also provided excellent service. We enjoy looking at the many historic photos displayed throughout the hotel. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean, and the food at the Bistro is outstanding. The Bistro’s two employees (Etenesh & Eyerusalrm) are also fantastic.
